How long will it take to get our full gallery?
Event galleries are delivered within 1–3 weeks depending on the season and length of coverage. Every photo is edited individually so your gallery feels polished, cohesive, and true to the energy of your event. I offer 3-day rush galleries and 24-hour sneak peeks as add Ons too!
How far in advance should we book?
Events fill quickly, especially during busy seasons. Most clients book 1–3 months in advance, but you’re welcome to reserve earlier if you already know your date. The sooner you inquire, the better your chances of securing the exact coverage you need.
Do you require a deposit, and how does payment work?
Yes — a 30% retainer is required to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due on or before your session. The retainer officially reserves your time on my calendar, and I’m unable to hold dates without it. While retainers are non-refundable, they are transferable to another session if something unexpected comes up — because life happens. Payments are handled easily online, and if you need a payment plan, just let me know!
What happens if my timeline runs behind?
It happens! You can add additional hours at $125/hour if you need more coverage than originally planned. I always check in with you before your coverage ends to see if you'd like to extend.
Do you travel for events?
Yes! Local travel is included, and anything outside of my immediate area has a small travel fee to cover mileage or accommodations if needed. If you’re planning an event a bit farther away, just reach out — I love new places.
Can you cover both candid and posed photos?
Absolutely. I mainly focus on candid, documentary-style coverage that captures the real energy of your event, but I’m also happy to take posed group photos, family shots, or important people you want documented. Just let me know and I’ll make sure nothing gets missed.
